I offer reflexology, massage, and reiki. But this isn’t a floaty, incense-cloud kind of setup. My approach is real, grounded, and intuitive. No fluff, no jargon and no pressure to be “spiritual.” Just space to relax, reset, and feel more like yourself again.
Whether you’re carrying stress, pain, or emotional weight, I’ll meet you where you’re at. No judgment, no awkwardness, just a space to relax and have some you time.
